TEAM Charlotte: Songs of Love

When Charlotte’s condition was first diagnosed we came across a charity called Songs of Love (www.songsoflove.org) that have singer/songwriters who work with them to create original songs for critically and terminally ill children.

We submitted Charlotte’s information, her likes, her pet’s, and a bunch of other details, and then today we received Charlotte’s Song of Love, titled Everybody Loves Charlotte.

This song was writen and performed by Stacy and Rick Delima, from Nashville, TN.  They are professional musicians, and you can learn more about them on the Songs of Love website.
